Universal Institute of Technology endeavors to create a positive learning environment for students, one in which each student has the opportunity to achieve their personal best. Part of the maintenance of that positive environment is a fair, effective, and open Complaints and Appeals Policy and Procedure made available to all students, staff, and the wider UIT community.

This policy is compliant with VQF and National Code Standards in providing a process for complaints and appeals to be heard and actioned where necessary.

UIT views all complaints as opportunities for continuous improvement.
